[FWDLK] Transmission Fluid

This has been brought up before, but I forgot.  On my 1955 Imperial Powerflite transmission, I drained the fluid to replace the pan gasket.  My book says to use "Type A" fluid.  Is that available?  Seems there was a question before on this.  So I'm asking.
