Here’s a place that will make your cable to order:
Before you get that far, is it broken? If it’s not broken, have you
tried to free it? A method that often works is to remove the cable from
the car, lay it on a flat surface, and spray the outside with WD-40. It
will slowly soak down through the coiled cover and free up the cable.
Takes some time and patience, but it can be done.
