Hi Ron, I have a nice set of Plymouth Hubcaps.  I don't know if they are for 
a 58.  Mine are off of a 57. They are round and taper out to the center.  I 
guess you could call them a cone shape.  Then small indents around the base 
that are painted black.  If they sound like what you need I will send a 
picture.
