I do iron torqueflites from stock rebuilds to performance applications, and
still have many NOS clutches in stock [in the yellow FL bags, of course], not to
mention the complete rebuild kit is readily available through fatsco.
so anyone in the area of NJ troubled by the idea of paying over $1000 for
rebuilding one of the simplest transmissions out there, just let me know.
and not only iron t/f and p/f, but 727/904 [i have many cores available in
sb, b/rb, and even cable shift alum poly pattern [ball and trunion] which is 1
hole off of the LA, dont ask for cable/slip yoke '65 727s, the 6 i have are all
mine!]
also [TH250C, 350, 375, 375B, TH400 all available in long and short tail,
cores, full rebuilds ready to install]
and 1 lockup 904 still in a donor
prices are very realistic, i prefer you dropping your trans off, or you can
bring the car mobile or not to the hotrod farm in southern NJ
the last iron t/f i did was for famous builder "Flash" from Howell, NJ,
for his 61 seneca
i am currently backed up until about march, but i'll pencil any prospects
into my agenda.
