And I bought mine for $15,000 in 2002, also in strong #3 condition.
I've been offered much more than that for it, but it would be like
selling a relative.  (Actually, there are some relatives I wouldn't mind
putting on the block).

Well, I bought my red/white 57 CRL D500 2-dr for $3,200.00.






....in Oct, 1980.

The owner wanted $3,400.00 for it, in good mostly-original #3 condition.

I had to finance $2,700.00, thru Navy Federal Credit Union, for 3 years,
too.
