I doubt that there are many very-expensive claims filed, in relation to the multi-thousands of cars which are insured. The Company should realize that word-of-mouth on a claim settlement can be their best advertising. The Company sells a specialized product, so they know whats-what, regarding accepted repair procedures, and parts-costs, etc. Grund's Prez made an infomercial appearance, recently on My Classic Mustache, and his product-presentation was very impressive. HELL, I'm talking myself into contacting Grundy!!!
