I Pm'ed Nick a copy of Jim Hoekemdijk's omnibus evaluation, of Diamondback tires, from earlier this year. Jim did an amazing job of interpreting the info contained on the DB radial. In a nutshell, the tires are 8-ply(IIRC) , light TRAILER-rated and can be inflated to 50 PSI--I ran mine @ 42-ish, for the 3.8K trip to/from Tulsa, without incident. Biggest problem may be that they're speed rated only to 85 mph. I clean mine with a Brillo pad (& hose-water). Goodyear makes a WWW radial, now, and the tread pattern appears to be an all-weather pattern, which may be better, for straight-line stability, than the 'road-pattern' (concentric-grooves) tread, on DB's & Cokers. DB's cost almost $200.00 each. Dunno anything about the Goodyears.....
