....until Tulsa contacts the U.S. Census Bureau (didn't know that Bureau kept day-to-day records!) and finds out the "official" winning-population-number, for Tulsa, for 6/15/07. That's "good", for T-Town, as they/it won't be held to blame, for determining the precise- but-unknowable winning population-number. The other potential fly-in-the-lawsuit is Tulsarama's description of the "winner" as being : " ....the closest identifiable heir..." to whomever may have placed the winning guess. Who gets to determine THAT? Untimately: the Oklahoma legal system. The car's ownership could be as simple as the winning guesser still being alive & living in Tulsa or it could be as complicated as adjudicating Howard Hughe's estate. BUT: it appears that the car will NOT be "cleaned-up", by the Boydster, and , we-all will be allowed to get up-close-and-personal with it, on SAT 6/16/07.
