The simple answer is YES!
also... add Red Wheel Stripes around the edge of the rim; Whitewall Inserts 
( specially made rings to fit inside the wheel, between the tire & the rim 
bead, to make whitewalls out of blackwalls); "Lakes Pipes"; Competition 
Stripes.....
