Mopar Action magazine has a project car, a '69 Dart, which now has
fiberglass bumpers that have been painted to appear chromed and look very
good. They've promised an upcoming article on how this was done -
Plastic can be chromed, so I don't see why fiberglass couldn't -

Yes they are fiberglass....I do not know much about chrome plaiting but I
think if you paint them with high content solids i.e. metal, plate them in
copper and then nickel and then chrome?? Just like pot metal???
That is what I would like to know if this can me done??
