[FWDLK] MORE 57 DODGE QUESTIONS

Hi gang. Gotta couple:

 

First, could someone w/a 57-58 Dodge take a picture of their gas gauge from behind w/it installed in the dash? I have a wire that I cannot figure out where/what it attaches to, and

 

Secondly, where can I get a original type brake line, part hose, part line that runs from the master cylinder to the junction block?
