The installation sheet dose not tell but I have a #90 in mine, and I don't
leave it on so I don't melt my lens.

Ron ,
Just pulled the brake warning light from my '57 Dodge .The bulb was a T90
fits from the back of the warning light bezel. The bulb base goes into a
standard auto bulb base which has small prongs surrounding it. This
assembly
snaps into the warning light bezel with only the glass bulb inside the
part
that attaches to the dash.By unscrewing the nut behind the warning light
dash bezel and then the bezel on front of the dash it will simplify
replacing the bulb.
Hope this helps,by the way the bulb said made in Mexico !!

The 1004 doesn't work either. The globe is 3/4" long, which is way too
big
for this light.
