Fern, Yes and no. There are B blocks and RB blocks. The RB (Raised B Block) blocks are taller in the bores, so the heads are spread farther apart and intakes are not interchangeable with B blocks. A 413 is a RB block. A 361 is a B block. There were 2 types of 383s in that period, one an R and one an RB. So, if your intake (2x4?) is from an RB383 it will fit. If it is from a B383 or 361, it will not fit. You might want to re-ask this question with the casting number from the intake.
