You're talking a class II or III reciever? Something like that would bolt to the frame, you'd have to modify something or custom build it. But they make some universal kit types, or you could measure the frame and adapt one for a pickup or car with the same width rails. Unfortunately the only '60 Imperial I have access to, has no frame from about the rear axle back due to rot. So I'm not sure what it looks like to offer suggestions on what type of hitch might work best.
