I had a 57 Imperial that was neutral button start.

My 57 Coronet and my 59 Coronet are both "key start". Not sure about the 58
Coronet, as it is apart and it has been so for a few years (memory?). Used to
have a '58 with push-button neutral start. What was the determining factor
for key vs button start? Year, Factory, Model?
