My local exhaust-shop told me, when they atempted to mount Sanderson's Block Hugger exhaust headers, on my 325 Dodge Hemi engine (cylinder heads, and exhaust-ports might make some-sort of 'difference', but I doubt it) , that the headers directly contacted, or interfered-with the motor mount, and that the dump-tube orifice aligned itself 'perfectly' with, or contacted, the torsion bar. When I returned the headers to Sanderson, they made no excuses, or recommendations, about fitting their headers to a non-hotrod. Yeah, they "hug" the block; but they just happen NOT to fit an O.E.M. application.
