[FWDLK] Heat Riser Kit?

As a new member, I may be asking too many questions.

 

One of my cars has a worn heat riser shaft and therefore allows exhaust noise to escape.   People have told me there is a kit you can purchase to repair this.  Anyone know where to find one?  This is the 361 V8.
