The Windsor interior upholstery was not as fancy as the New Yorker. Outside the New Yorker added wider chrome trim wrapping around the front fender sides and added a bar with turn signals to the lower grille opening. That same bar motif was used on the rear of the New Yorker and held the back up lights. Also the New Yorker had two chrome strips down the side provding an area to paint a colour either matching the roof or providing a contrast to the body colour. The New Yorker also had trim along the rocker panel and had bumper shields on the ends of the rear bumper. I notice that a Windsor has a bit different front turn signal. Can I assume that a Windsor also has a bit "less luxurious" of an interior?.
