Marty, I have a piece of garage door weatherstrip that would probably fit in there real nice. It is a fairlt dense foam but I am afraid of it holding moisture. I was thinking that seam sealer would fill it in and not create a moisture problem. You could use duct tape to seal the botton of the gap and apply the seam sealer from the top. The problem is that there is a fairly large gap and I am not sure it will work well applied that thick and wide.
