To All
I must first apologize for continuing ths useless thread but my friend(?)
Roger has goaded me into it ;-) I first saw this car in the member's
rides section of Dave's fine site. I am so glad that Bill up in Vancouver
puts up with our wanderings and brings us back down to earth, thank you
Bill, I hope to meet you in person someday. I am weighing in as a 61 Phoenix
convertible owner (orig out of the factory) to say that it is a pretty
car. I would hope that whoever buys it takes care of it, appreciates it,
and explores the history of how it came to be. Be that as it may, I am
glad to hear Bill's take that it may not be a Mexican export. Hopefully,
the owner is a listmember and will enlighten us as to how it came to be.
I, for one, would be most interested.
My $1.50 which used to equal ...but now equals nonsense

up a good story, throw in some untrue "facts," and presto! Your car
is suddenly very rare. Anyone ever heard of 1961 Dodges being recalled
to the factory because they were too ugly? Doug? --Roger van

Subject: [FWDLK] A truly odd 1961
Plodge
Hey
Folks,
Go
to this website and check out this 1961 Plymouth/Dodge hybrid, which, according
to the owner is one of only three made for export to Mexico.
It?s loaded down with options, but truly is a hodge podge Plodge.
