Maybe I've written this before but....
There is a VERY COMMON misconception that a
cashier's check is guaranteed funds. That is WRONG.
Anyone can stop a cashier's check just like you
stop a check you wrote out of a checkbook.
Never give up a car or a title without letting a
cashier's check clear your bank FIRST.
