I sent the seller an e-mail to let him know the major errors in his listing. Below is his reply. If this guy is so un-knowledgeable about what he has, I would be very leery of anything he tells a potential buyer. He still believes it has an Oldsmobile Hydramatic transmission! I made a mistake and selected the wrong year when I listed the car. Sorry for the inconvience. The car has a 318 poly head engine with a hydromatic trans I called several people and gave them the number. Thank you for your input. ----- Original Message ----- From: <dhomstad@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, February 24, 2004 2:47 AM Subject: Question for seller -- Item #2462656533 > You should learn more about what you are selling. This is not a 1956. Christine was a Plymouth, not a Dodge. This car never came with a 318 engine. Hydramatic transmissions came in Oldsmobiles, not Dodges. > > Dave > -------------------- > > > Question from: d500dave > Title of item: Dodge : Other Models > Seller: donbarry98 > Starts: Feb-23-04 17:22:32 PST > Ends: Mar-04-04 17:22:32 PST > Price: Currently $1,575.00 > To view the item, go to: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2462656533 > > > > Visit eBay, The World's Online Marketplace TM at http://www.ebay.com
