This is pretty easy.
The info comes from InLine Tube, who makes the SS lines. Their solution: use
thier lines. Do they make lines to use in a conversion? Maybe not, for your
year. Their solution: don't convert.

Go to the extra trouble. By using a later set-up off a dual car, you'll have
most or all of what you need. If after converting, you have braking bias
problems, there are adjustiable proportioning blocks sold in the Street Rod
Mags. you may have to balance the amount of brake effort, front to rear.

While you're at it, go 2 or 4 wheel Disc brakes or bigger shoes and drums.
The original brakes are marginal at best compared to today's systems.

It's just money!
