I was researching the local newspaper files in our library (my other passion: local history!!) and happened to notice in August 1962 a dealer in Hull, IL had a 1957 Fury listed on their lot for $745..... oh, to be able to go back!! By the way, I am working on my new book (a pictorial history of Hannibal Missouri in the postwar years as seen in the work of the newspaper photographer at the time). I pored over thousands and thousands of negatives from 1947-67 to compile this book. There are a number of Forwardlook vehicles that will appear in the pages (coincidentally, of course!!) If anyone is interested, I can let them know when it is released. Should be around early July. In my last pictorial history (also of Hannibal), had a photo of a brand new '56 Belvedere that a family from Ohio drove into the icy Mississippi River. A sorry picture!! Family was rescued and survived, but car was a loss, I am told. The photo shows the car being fished, tail first, out of the river. I can send the image to anyone wishing to see it.
