My suggestion would be that if you are covering the frame with POR, you don't need undercoating at all. The problem with undercoating has been, and likely always will be, that it is only good until the first crack occurs. Then moisture will accumulate, and start the rusting problem, without ever allowing the metal to dry out. I would avoid undercoating at any cost. There are several alternatives. If you like the sound-deadening effect, try using some undercoat INSIDE. If you are careful to put it only where it is not exposed, it might help queiting the ride, without the problem of promoting rust. might be an odor problem, though...............
