I had a problem with receiving an item I had bid on and won, Ebay contacted
the other party but that's all they would do, they don't act as a mediator.
Never did get the item I had won and paid for. This has happened 3 times.
If I rememeber right I finally had to send the webmaster an email to get
Ebay involved. Sorry Neil.
