[FWDLK] 1959 Dodge Power Window motor SHAFT is slipping

Hi all...

The D shaped shaft of the power window motor slides into a rubber
connector which is mated to the metal shaft of the gearbox.  That rubber
part
on mine is worn out, so the shaft just spins and the window won't move.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Any parts suppliers?
