[FWDLK] Power Steering leak

Hello Everyone,

I have developed a very bad power steering leak in my '59 Dodge Custom
Royal.  It only leaks when the engine is running and the fluid is
coming out in a steady stream from the bottom of the steering gear onto
the pitman arm.  According to the shop manual there is a seal down
there.   Can that seal be replaced with the steering gear in the car?
