Greg, I am no expert, but things I've learned to check for, from the List: 1) contaminated linings (brake fluid spills, drips) 2) sticking wheel cylinder (don't rebuild, replace) 3) shoe or shoes that "ride up" over worn-out bumps in the brake backing plate (bumps designed to keep shoes in position) 4) weak or missing brake shoe return springs Probably lots more...
