Ed, Those clamps are very common on old cars. Many restoration hardware suppliers carry them. I see them at swap meets frequently, when hardware suppliers come. They are usually priced at $ 1 or 2 each. These fell out of favor because they are difficult to install/remove. For my 442, I buy parts from Mike Fusick, 860-623-1583, http://www.fusick.com/ His catalog lists “tension spring hose clamp” HC59 for $1.25 ea. Make sure you get the ¾ inch (hose inside diameter) size, since Oldsmobiles used both ¾ and 5/8 on different hoses so they didn’t get connected to the wrong locations. I had a few 5/8 size left over from my 442 restoration and they are identical to the original ones on my 56 Dodge heater hoses. Those hoses were also original with the Mopar P/N stenciled on them, when I got the car. Who’s the guy that wants $15?
