Hi Charles, I always factor into the equation the scarcity of the car to be considered. In this case, Chrysler made only 2,541 New Yorker 2-dr HT's for 1961. As for the door glass, I would check eBay from time to time. A friend of mine called yesterday and told me he found a 61 New Yorker, 2 Door, Green on Green, 413 auto that was for sale. He told me it was missing the driver’s side door glass, had a few small rust holes in the rear quarters and under the lip on the headlight, but was running. The paint is oxidized and it will need a repaint. So, the question I have is- Whaddaya think it’s worth? I am guessing between $600-1500.00, but I haven’t seen it, so I don’t know. Also, how available is the door glass? Is this something that is readily available? And finally, how much does everyone think a driver’s side interior door panel, a carpet and front seat covers would cost? I just need a ballpark number. Does anyone know if Gary Goers has these parts? Thanks for any help anyone can give me, Charles. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- 2003 Calendar voting results and ordering information is online!
