[FWDLK] Calendar Suggestion

Hey Dave -

Maybe it's a little soon to be talking about next year's calendar, but you
might consider making it a 13-month calendar, with Jan 2005 being the last
month.  That way, if you run into printer problems again, people won't be left
looking at a calendar with a Ch*vy or F*rd until the ForwardLook Calendar
arrives.
