This is a good reminder to be careful out there. I have heard a lot of variations on this Nigerian theme but this one is the most plausable that I have seen. I have probably made at least a hundred (probably more) transactions using the internet and mail order in the past few years. A lot of car parts. And have let my guard down a little. I just got beat for a set of $15.00 clutch shoes for and Remote Control car from someone on a message board, but that was the first time I have been blatently ripped off. Sure I have had some parts arrrive not exactly as described but, I may just be lucky, but have had the good fortune to deal with a lot of good honest people. Say what you want about E-bay but their feed back system does give you a good idea of who you might be dealing with. I guess like everywhere else you have to know who you are dealing with, if it seems too good to be true...it probably is, dont let a dime out of your own pocket or the merchandise clear UNTIL THE CHECK CLEARS! That is all I have to say about that.
