Dave, and others who emailed me...I should have waited and double checked my info...but as I recall the guy who overhauled my 65 727 said I would not need to change anything as far as the cable being used on my "59" Plymouth.... I believe he said any of the older cast iron cables will work....by this I thought he meant all. I will have to check with him on the pre 59 cast iron torqueflites/powerflites...he also told me if all else fails just interchange valve bodies, but he did not believe it would make a difference....
