Mario,
Congratulations on finding a '55 Plymouth promo, as
it is not an easy model to come across. If the model is in excellent to mint
condition, you got a really good deal on it. I have one in my collection that
came as a yellow taxi, and it's new in the original box! As far as repainting,
if the car is exellent to mint, I would hesitate to repaint it. If it's a bit on
the scruffy side, then a repaint would definitely be worth it. Happy
collecting!

Subject: [FWDLK] model car
I have just bought my first model car to
look at and admire. It is a 1955 Plymouth Jo-Han
Promo Car . I just got it on ebay. It cost me 72.07 US. Maybe it's too much
money but that's what happens when your in love I guess. Can or should this
car be repainted to match my own?
Maybe I should just stay away from ebay cause I'll need
another garage just for the extra I'm getting.
