That reminds me, when I was at the Forest Grove Concours a couple weeks ago I saw the most gorgeous boat, but it wasn't finned. It was a 1928 Dodge Watercar! All wood, about 22' long, but the owner wasn't around to discuss it, and the motor was inboard, so I don't know what powered it. Also the placard was pretty vague, didn't say much, and unfortunately I didn't have my camera. But it had gauges which read Dodge and it looked very authentic (and expensive), but just not much in the way of documentation to tell it's history. . .
