Philippe, Rebuild kits were made at one time. I found one at a swap meet to rebuild my unit. Since the seals are protected inside the assembly, the old seals looked like they were nearly new. If you try disassembling your unit and applying silicone grease to all the seals, it will probably fix any leaks. When installing the large bellows, use some clear silicone RTV rubber where the bellows seals around the edges. There should be instructions in your shop manual. It seems that mine needs an overhaul: sometimes when i push the brake pedal i've nearly an engine stall (vacuum leak ?). After , when the unit is "poised", no problem. But since three days this failure has disapeared and the system works well ... -- Philippe COURANT (Pau, France) Imperial 57 Crown convertible Buick 58 Roadmaster sedan - American Car Club de France (ACCF) : http://www.accf.com - Chrysler Imperial France : http://www.ifrance.com/c-i-f - Cadillac " Standard of Excellence " : http://www.ifrance.com/accf-cad - SportsCars : http://www.ifrance.com/accf-sprtcar -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Need an answer fast?
