Hi everyone, I talked to the guy several times by phone, so I can tell there's someone behind that website. I did an extensive research on the subject of '58 Plymouth floorpans repro, having almost everyone send me a digital picture of their production and I can tell ClassicFabrication seems to be making the best job. As I write, I am ready to order a complete set of floors from him. What he told me (that the website does not tell) is that the set of floors he makes do not cover the complete floor area, lacking an unknown rear area ("where the rear passengers put their feet" as he told me). But having seen the picture of the set, I don't see what he's talking about. Anyway, the most important part of the floor seems to be there allright, with all strength "humps" embossed, a important feature not always reproduced by others. I must admit that contacting him by phone is a difficult task, worsened by the fact that he speaks fast and has a thick accent, which is hard on my non-native english comprehension. He does have an e-mail address (rich_jean@xxxxxxx if my memory serves me right, but I'll check on monday, as I wrote to him from my office) but I suspect it's his personal address. He seems to prefer a real live phone conversation anyway. Nice web-site. but all I get from their contact number during the day is a roll-over to a fax machine. Site has no e-mail address I can find either. Maybe I am missing something here. Has anyone used these folks (or anyone else)? Results? LARRY In a message dated 6/19/2002 10:14:56 AM Eastern Standard Time, Reggie_Knowlton@xxxxxxx writes: Here's another site. They only make rocker panels for 2-drs but if they hear from enough of us maybe we can get them to make replacement floor pans, etc. for us. http://www.classicfabrication.com/ -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Need an answer fast?
