Vincent and group, Mopars from the '57-61 period were supplied by two primary companies for bulbs for the four headlamp cars. The primary supplier was General Electric and the secondary supplier was Tung Sol. Bulbs of this era have wide fluting pattern in the lens and both brands have their logo in a dot cast into the center of the bulb "GE" or "TS". If the bulb is narrow fluted or the corporate identification is cast in at the bottom of the lens, they are later bulbs from '62 and newer. Very few people care enough about authenticity to restore with original bulbs and I praise you for even considering this detail. However, original bulbs are not as bright and therefore not as safe for night driving as currently available halogen replacements. Can someone help me on this one ? I wrote down the phone number of the guy, so that I could get back to him if I want to buy them later. The pair of Tung-Sol low beam headlights were 12-volts of course, and bore the reference number 6012. The guy is selling the pair for $32.
