Exactly the problem I had with mine which I got from Gary Goers. The rubber wants to pucker on the inside. I was able to get a one piece molded unit [rear window] from Steele Rubber. They list two windshield channels for the '56 Plymouth, #70-1880-50 for post models incl. SW with upper finish panel $119.00 and #740-0486-50 for convert & 2 & 4 dr hardtop with upper finish panel $113.50. www.steelerubber.com When I ordered, I had the package in hand within a few days. --Roger van Hoy, '55DeSoto, '42DeSoto, '66Plymouth, '73Duster, '81 Imperial, Washougal, WA ----- Original Message ----- From: "56plymouth@xxxxxxxxxxxx" <plymouth@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <L-FORWARDLOOK@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, May 02, 2002 8:58 AM Subject: Re: [FWDLK] 56 Plymouth Windshield (gaskets) | as far as gaskets, I have purchased the one that andy bernbaum sells and, | quite frankly, it leaves a bit to be desired.
