Marty and other glass seekers: Almost any glass shop in the country (US & Canada) will be aware of one of the obsolete glass locating services but you will pay a retail price unless your local shop is a friend of yours and does not take the large markup available to them. I highly recommend Vick Phillips, classicglass@xxxxxxxx, as a source for replacement windshields and back glasses or even side glass. Vick has his own large inventory and searches diligently for anything he does not stock. I have bought several pieces from him and saved money doing so. If there is a reproduction gasket available for your car, any installing glass shop is going to want you to provide one. There is too much risk of them breaking the new glass while trying to use the old hard gasket plus it will provide a more weathertight seal for you in the future. Mopar glass gaskets were very good quality rubber and some are still usable, if the shop will agree. Is it likely I can order one from a local glass shop or is this something that is going to have to be found NOS somewhere in the unknown? I am in Canada. Thank you in advance. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Need an answer fast? Search the 17,000+ pages of the Forward Look Mailing List archives at http://www.forwardlook.net/search.htm
