Brian,

I would use the wagon springs. They are much stronger and you might find
they are the right height without re-arching. A 4 door should ride higher
than a wagon with the same springs. If the 4 door is still too low, then
re-arch the wagon springs. Re-arched stock springs will not last as long as
they did when new, so your ride height would settle back down to where it is
now quicker than the first time. Wagon springs will probably outlast the
rest of the car, whether you use them as is or re-arched.

I need to re-arch or replace my springs in my 57 Plymouth.  I can have them
re-arched for $35 each from a very old company in town.  The big question I
have is should I re-arch the ones that came on my car (4 door sedan) or
should I re-arch the ones under my parts car, which is a station wagon?

Either way I have to pull a set off and have them re-arched, and it will
cost $35 for the stockers or the station wagon springs which have an extra
leaf.

What would you do?
