HI all,

I have considered doing the same kind of swap for my 60 Desoto just to be able to gain Park. I have looked a little into using a 62-64 Trans at first glance it appears it will work. The park lever is on a different cable and appears could be adapted to make work by installing a lever somewhere on the dash. I have not tried this yet but so far it looks like it would work, any body have any ideas on this.

   Thanks to all that replied to my question about the tranny swap.   I do have one more question about it though.   What is the reason I need to change the valve body in a 65 727 Torqueflite to a 62-64 727 Torqueflite valve body?   And, does anyone have an extra one laying around?    Thanks, John inWI
