Garret,

Your carb number sounds like a Carter WCFB. Ask for a kit from Echlin, #
2-5039A. That's what I used on my Dodge. I think it is the same kit as for a
57 Chevy.

I was just curious if anyone has or knows where I can get a carb rebuild kit
for a carter carburetor, #2646S

I've tried NAPA, Carquest, and Pep Boys to no avail.  A local carb shop can
order a kit for me, but I don't want to spend just under $46 for a carb
rebuild kit.  I called Autozone, but I was put on hold for about 10 hours,
so I just hung up.

Any help or hints?
