I have a 413 Motorhome block in my 65 Polara Convertible, taking the place of my original 413 with the car heads, intake, and rotating assembly. I don't find it to be any heavier, nor the least bit sluggish. I've also heard that they were cast as 440's and only bored to 413 for extra stregth. The casting date on these blocks remains on the side, while the casting number is near the oil pressure sending unit fitting.
