[FWDLK] HOAX Alert.

Many of you may have recieved a well-intentioned but completely WRONG email from friends about the so-called "sulfnbk.exe virus".

THIS IS A HOAX.  DO NOT DELETE THAT FILE!

SULFNBK.EXE is a Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME utility that is used to restore long file names... the email you received was a hoax.

You may or may not need sulfnbk.exe in the future; chances are you probably won't.

Here's the key though: Anything, ANYTHING, that says "forward this to everyone you know" is ALWAYS a hoax. No exceptions, no matter who it's "from", etc. Almost all hoaxes claim that "The FBI said" or "Microsoft said" or "IBM said" etc. Claiming that someone said something doesn't make it true. If you get an email like that, just delete it.

Feel free to check out http://vil.mcafee.com/dispVirus.asp?virus_k=99084& for more information.
