[FWDLK] Need adapter for spin-on filter for 56 Ply/Dodge 270, ideas?

FML: Can anyone recommend an adapter to use the modern "spin-on" filter cartridges for a 270 Ply/Dodge Poly motor? Worst case scenario, what oil filter element goes with the canister, CH236APL?
