I've also had several good experiences buying from Frank, although it wasn't through Ebay. Several '58 Plymouth parts, 'Cuda shaker baseplate and '71 Cuda grille, all nice and at a fair price. I think the problems we've all heard about may have come from dealing with his flunkies and not with Frank himself.
