Everyone, My understanding is that 750X14 was the standard tire size, and that 800X14 was an option (at least on convertibles). I have the 800X14s on my 1959 Plymouth convertible and they look great. Unfortunately, my car is in storage some 190 miles away from where I live, so I cannot now measure the width of the whitewall which seems to be authentic.
