Check these sites out.  They have new and old style
belts/buckles.  Correct lift type bucles for 50's
cars, etc.

I had another sourse but their web site is no longer
working.  I was able to purchase lap belts for the
front passenger and rear seats plus a non-retractable
shoulder/lap belt for the driver's side of our 56
Belvedere all for under $100.  Good luck
